Good vase, delivery a bit slow

I ordered a ceramic vase during their Autumn Sale. The vase itself is lovely, good quality and looks just like the pictures online. Shipping took about 8 days to reach me, which felt a little long compared to other stores. Customer service was responsive when I inquired about the tracking, so that was a plus. I think you have a certain number of days, like 14 or 30, to return. Just make sure it's unworn and has all the tags. Check their policy page, it's usually pretty clear.
